By accessing or using ChezPool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. ChezPool reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ChezPool is a competitive pool platform that enables players to track games, challenge opponents, manage ELO ratings, and view leaderboards across pool halls in Kenya. The service includes player profiles, game scheduling, result tracking, and venue management for pool hall owners.

3. User Accounts

To use ChezPool, you must register using a valid phone number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate game results or ratings
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the ranking system
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Game Results and Disputes

Game results must be confirmed by both players. In case of disputes, ChezPool may review evidence and make final decisions regarding game outcomes. Repeated disputes or fraudulent reporting may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Pool Hall Owners

Pool hall owners who register their venues agree to provide accurate information about their establishments. ChezPool is not responsible for the accuracy of venue information or the conduct of games played at registered venues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ChezPool are owned by ChezPool and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChezPool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
